BACKGROUND in music, and dance, Lisa Joy began her personal exploration of the mind, body, Being transformative process, circa, 1995. In 1999, she connected with her teacher, a Sufi Spiritual Master, and international community resulting – Immersing herself, and lifestyle, into a complete, embodied practice. Lisa has held, and exercised continuous workshops, produced, and co-produced workshop events combining whirling, drumming, and dance performances as immersive weekend workshop engagements in cities including; Manhattan, New York, Aspen, CO, Los Angeles, CA, Albuquerque, and Santa Fe, NM.
This Winter 2026, Lisa’s continued offerings in Albq, NM include Immersive Saturday Series Collections and Full Weekend engagements.
